The current contract includes a lease cost and a per click/copy cost that is invoiced monthly based upon actual volume. There is a box titled “Total” is that the lease price for the copier qty 1? For the Color copiers, in the Price box, should we separate the mono click with a dash or a slash from the color click price? A4: It is the preference of the District to have the lease cost included in the per click / copy price, however a lease price will be taken under consideration if submitted. So, can you please confirm the use of these readers on your Toshiba fleet? If these readers are not in use on the Toshiba devices, please provide the current process that teachers and staff utilize to authenticate at the Toshiba devices? The specific information that would be helpful is as follows: 1) Type of card reader 2) Type of HID card, FOB, or other access method 3) Do all devices utilize a card reader or are they only for certain locations, like workrooms, lounges, etc.? We are transitioning to a new access control solution and will update with the new model of HID card that will be used.
