Copies of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) package will be available beginning March 5, 2026 at the Administration Office of the Public Works Department, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492 during regular business hours, or from the Town’s web site www.needhamma.gov/bids.aspx and will be available until submission deadline. Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 11:00am, March 24, 2026 to the Administration Office of the Public Works Department, Town of Needham, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492. All bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount that is not less than five percent (5%) of the value of the bid. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Bids will be publicly opened after submission deadline. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
