We are seeking an elite, performance-driven Account Executive to take qualified product demos and convert them into enterprise customers. Our SDR team handles all prospecting and booking — you step into a calendar of pre-qualified demos with high-intent decision-makers (CEOs, VPs of Business Development, and GovCon Executives) who are already looking for a procurement solution. Your single focus: show up, execute a consultative demo, handle complex objections, and close the contract.
What you'll do
Execute Demos: Conduct high-impact, structured discovery and product demonstration calls booked by our SDR team
Run the Short-Cycle Close: Navigate a fast-paced B2B sales cycle, driving deals to a close within 1–2 touchpoints
Manage Pipeline: Actively follow up with late-stage opportunities, manage objections, and clear roadblocks to get contracts signed
CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, logging all deal stages, activity, and intelligence within our CRM
Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with the outbound team to refine lead quality and alignment against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Qualifications
·Closing Experience: 2+ years of proven closing experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or high-ticket corporate sales
·Track Record: A documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment
·Consultative Approach: Exceptional objection-handling skills with the ability to sell on high-ROI value rather than features
·Domain Expertise: Familiarity with government contracting, procurement processes, federal forecasts, or NAICS/PSC codes is a massive asset, but not required
·Autonomy: A self-managed, disciplined professional who thrives in a remote environment and is motivated entirely by uncapped earning potential
Compensation & Commission Structure
Structure: 100% Commission (Contractor)
Payout: 10% uncapped commission on the first-year contract value per closed deal
OTE: $100,000–$200,000 CAD/year
