    NYC Awards Skanska $163M East Side Greenway Connector Contract

    New York City’s Department of Design and Construction awarded Skanska AB a $163 million contract to build the East Side Greenway 14th Street Connector. The waterfront project will link East River Park and Captain Patrick J. Brown Walk, with design beginning shortly, construction planned for early 2028, and completion targeted by the end of 2030.
