Lithuania has begun deploying three Lockheed Martin AN/TPS-77 radars acquired through a roughly $52.6 million U.S. Foreign Military Sales contract awarded in September 2023, with more than $29 million in U.S. Building Partner Capacity support. Deliveries and contract work continue through February 2027, creating a defined period for potential support, training, spares, and interoperability needs as the radars contribute to NATO’s integrated air and missile defense network.

Poland's MESKO has entered a $2.16 billion agreement to supply Piorun MANPADS to four NATO countries. This deal, largely funded by the EU's SAFE program, will bolster air defense capabilities in Eastern Europe and establish Poland as a critical defense supplier.
